I made these crackers using a recipe from Joe Pasty's blog. They really are far superior to the kind I usually buy in the supermarket. I urge you to have a go, you'll be so pleased you did! He provides several recipes, so far I have only used the top/first one. I did these with rosemary and salt as a topping, very scrummy.
